Osteopathic treatment designed for you
Osteopathy is the practical applied skill that allows for the efficient, effective functioning of the body, by improving its mechanical and structural integrity.
If you’re suffering from joint problems, you’ve pulled a muscle or you are coping with chronic or recurring injuries, I am here to help you.
Your initial osteopathy consultation can take up to an hour and fifteen minutes, during which a case history will be taken. We'll discuss your current symptoms and past medical history, your lifestyle and expectations, to ensure that osteopathic treatment is right for you.
Your posture will be analysed and then gentle, active movements will be observed to note areas of relative mobility or restriction. Clinical tests will be undertaken as required, and an assessment of passive joint mobility and tissue quality will be cared out along with an initial treatment.
Succeeding treatment sessions will be 45 minutes in duration, during which your progress will be measured and conferred with you along with your ongoing treatment.
All my osteopathic treatments are designed around your needs, and I am proud to offer some of the best osteopathy services for patients in St Albans, Hertfordshire and the surrounding areas.
